Leonard is an Associate Partner at Dalberg’s Kigali office. He has over 14 years’ experience at the intersection of trade policy, regional integration, technology policy formulation/implementation, strategy and private sector development.

Prior to Dalberg, Leonard worked as an advisor to the Governments of Rwanda and South Sudan on trade and regional integration, economic development, private sector competitiveness and strategy. He has worked and lived in Uganda, Kenya, South Africa, the United States and Rwanda.
