Benjamin Rukwengye is the founder and CEO of Boundless Minds, a mentorship social enterprise supporting school-to-work transitions for high school graduates and university students through ideation and simulation training, volunteer service placement and mentor-matching; He is the founding chairman of 40 Days Over 40 Smiles Foundation; and worked as Head of Recruitment at Teach for Uganda; and Research Associate at the African Centre for Media Excellence. Rukwengye is a Young and Emerging Leadership Project fellow of the LéO Africa Institute.
