Chark Benson Muhumuza is a qualified tax administrator and trade specialist with 5+ years of progressive work experience in tax administration, domestic revenue resource mobilization, stakeholder and partnerships management, people management, financial management, networking, and knowledge management.

He is an Officer Domestic Taxes at Uganda Revenue Authority and Rotarian of the Rotary Club of Kampala Early Bird.
