David F.K Mpanga is a founding partner at A.F Mpanga Advocates and Board member of the LéO Africa Institute. Mr. Mpanga is the Author of ”The Politics of Common Sense” and also the former Attorney General and Minister of Local Government in the Buganda Government, a cultural institution headed by the Kabaka of Buganda.

He is a fellow of the Africa Leadership Initiative – East Africa and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
