Malath is a fellow of LéO Africa institute's Young and Emerging Leaders Project fellowship with over five years’ experience in child-centered program gained through first-hand practical experience in program work that spans beyond Kenya’s jurisdiction.

Malath is a child protection, youth and women empowerment, and community development specialist. She is also an active member of the Rotary e-club Safari Kenya.
