William Babigumira’s professional experience spans the Public and Private sectors (a total of eighteen years) with extensive managerial and consulting experience in international business strategy, entrepreneurship, e-commerce, project management, and enterprise development.

William is the Chief Executive Officer of Pentascope Strategy Consult Ltd and the Head of Faculty at the LéO Africa Institute.
